STOP! READ THIS BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME!

Please, read and be aware of the following Terms of Service. These are the Terms under which you will be commissioning me; paying for your commission confirms that you agree to these Terms. Please also be aware that these Terms are subject to change without warning; you may wish to give them a look-over before commissioning me each time, though I will usually notify on Twitter and my gallery sites if making major changes. I reserve the right to waive these terms for individual commissions if I see fit; I am unlikely to do so, however, so do not expect me to for yours.

General & Process

  • You must be 18 years or older to commission me, even for SFW images. You may be asked for proof of age.

  • I only take commission inquiries and communication through email.

  • Please provide image references and be sure to indicate if there are errors in any of them. Text descriptions are acceptable, but not preferred.

  • Once your commission application is approved, I will send you an invoice for the full amount. Do not send payment without an invoice, even if you have done so in the past.

  • Payment must be completed before I will finish the commission. You must pay 100% up front, or 50% up front and 50% after sketch if the commission price is over $100. Your spot on my queue will not be set until you have paid at least 50% of the full price. Commissions without WIPs, such as sketches, icons, stream commissions, bookmarks, and badges must be paid 100% up front no matter what.

  • Once at least 50% has been paid, I will do a sketch ASAP. Once the sketch WIP has been completed, I will work on images in roughly chronological order as shown on my queue. You can check my queue any time here.

  • You will be shown the sketch WIP, if applicable, at which point you can request minor changes. I will do one round of minor changes for free. I will only do a free redraw in the case that I have misunderstood or misinterpreted your commission request. Change requests including things that were not in the original commission description, more than one round of change requests, or major changes/redraws will incur an additional fee.

  • Once you've responded to the sketch WIP, and after 100% of the payment has been completed, I will make any requested changes and finish the image and send it to you. At this point you can only request changes to the colors if I have made a mistake. I do not show process WIPs between the sketch and the final image, but you can inquire about progress at any time. If you feel you need to see the 'fixed' sketch after making changes before I continue with the art, tell me.

  • You will receive a high res and a low res, watermarked version of your commission. I can also crop icons or banners upon request.

  • In the case of traditional media art that produces an original, the original may be mailed to you for an additional fee. If you do not arrange for it to be mailed within 30 days of completion, I will sell, destroy, or otherwise dispose of the original as I do not have infinite storage space. Not making a decision within 30 days counts as not making arrangements.

Streams

  • You may usually request a stream of your commission at any point during the commission process. Streams of queue commissions may be completed out of order of the queue, but this is at my discretion. I will not stream queue commissions more than one day a week for any given person.

  • You must be present for your stream(s).

  • I also do on-the-spot commission streams. Slots are roughly first-come first-serve. I will do my best to complete your commission during the commission stream, but if I am unable to, I will do my best to complete it either offline or during a later stream when you can be present.

  • Queue and completion streams can only be arranged at specific times throughout the week, primarily during typical working hours (Pacific time) from Monday to Friday. If these are not available times for you, I may be willing to work outside of my normal hours to do a stream. However, this is only if there are no other options.

  • You may request changes at any time during your stream, unless I feel that your change requests have become excessive, at which point I will refuse to do more without an additional fee. As with queue commissions, full redraws or changes that were not a part of the original commission description will also result in an additional fee. I will do my best to check in frequently as well.

Payment & Refunds

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Payments can be made through PayPal, Square, or Stripe. I do not use CashApp or Venmo and I only accept tips through Ko-Fi. I do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

  • You may request a full refund at any time before I have started work on your commission.

  • Once work has begun, you may cancel the commission and request a partial refund, less work completed. Once the commission has been completed, no refund will be given. If you request a refund, you will usually (but not always) receive the usual rights to the WIP.

  • I may decide to cancel and refund the commission for any reason. If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full or partial refund at my discretion, but will not receive any rights to the work completed so far - you cannot post it anywhere or use it for purpose whatsoever. Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be blacklisted for future commissions.

  • If I lose contact with you for more than one month, you will be removed from the queue and put on hold until you respond to me. If I lose contact with you for more than six months, your commission will be cancelled and with no refund. This applies to all queue types: regular, stream, and Patreon.

Rights

  • I retain full rights to any commission I work on. This means I can post it online, sell prints or merchandise featuring it, alter it, etc. I do not claim any trademark or copyright over your character. I will attempt to give you credit and link back to your FurAffinity, X, Bluesky, DeviantArt, Tumblr, etc if possible when posting online.

  • You do not have the copyright to the image, only to your own characters within it.

  • You have the right to privately display the high res version of your commission (print it out for display in your home, send it to friends, etc). You also have the right to publicly display the small, watermarked version of the commission (post it online, etc). Any time you share a commission I have done for you, publicly or privately, you must give me credit and post a link back to my FurAffinity or this website if at all possible.

  • You do not have the right use your commission for commercial purposes in any way (selling prints or merchandise of it, using it as a logo, reselling it as part of an adoptable package, etc).

  • Rights may be shared or transferred for an additional fee. This includes private commissions or cases where you do not want me to have commericial rights to your commission. Delayed posts, such as for birthday gifts or Christmas presents, do not incur an additional fee, as long as I can post them eventually and within a reasonable time frame.

  • You may not claim ownership for character(s) that do not belong to you. This includes non-commissioners as well. Anyone caught using art that does not belong to them or depict their own character(s) as character reference (ie on F-List or FurAffinity) will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future and reported to the host site.

  • You do not have the right to alter the image without my explicit permission, i.e. color it, ink it, edit it, or pay someone else to do so. I will usually be fine with you coloring or inking it yourself or having a friend do it for free if you ask me first. You absolutely may not pay someone to alter my art without my permission. If I catch you doing so, the art will be reported as art theft on the site it is shared on and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

  • If other people violate my copyright after receiving the image from you directly, such as sending the high res file to a friend, you will be held responsible.

Subject Matter

  • I will not draw the following subject matter for commissions: incest, pedophilia, zoophilia, vomit, scat/flatulence, or positive depictions of bigotry. I also will not draw characters that do not belong to you without explicit permission from the character owner, including commercial characters such as the original versions of Renamon, Sonic, Superman, anthro Simba, etc. Exceptions may be made for others' personal OCs if the commission is intended to be a surprise and you can show evidence on at least one of the owner's online profiles that they are over 18 and comfortable with the requested subject matter and with having their characters depicted for you or with your character(s).

  • I will not draw in a style other than my own (ie Disney, Sonic the Hedgehog, other artists' styles, etc). My style is subject to change without notice, but I can try to emulate previous styles of mine upon request. Pricing for older styles is determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Just because I am willing to draw certain subject matter for myself or as gifts for others does not mean I will draw it for commissions if it is listed as a 'will not draw' on these Terms of Service.

  • I especially enjoy the following subject matter for commissions: taurs, aptophilia, robots, hyper, transformation, blood/gore/candy gore, body horror, micro/macro, rubber/latex, pool toys/inflatables, plush toys, dolls, drones, hypnosis/mind control, detailed backgrounds, detailed clothing and fashion, and emotional or sentimental imagery.

  • The following subject matter will be accepted for commissions on a case-by-case basis: sexual violence, SFW art of minors, NSFW art of sapient non-anthro fantasy animals (dragons, monsters, etc), negative depictions of bigotry, parody or tribute versions of commercial characters (such as costumes), original species (such as Sergals, Protogens, or Dutch Angel Dragons, etc - if the species is open, or if closed, with explicit permission from the species creator), or personal OCs of commercial species (such as Pokemon, Digimon, My Little Pony, D&D dragons, etc).
